Sleep and dreams are at the foundation of holistic well-being, fortifying us on a physical and emotional level. Yet, both may elude us at different points.

This class is designed for those who want to enrich their connection to their sleep while also learning more about how to explore their dreams, opening to the wisdom that they offer. We'll discuss the ancient roots of dream work including the Asklepian dream temples, review a spectrum of ways to recall and work with dreams, talk about sleep hygiene practices, and explore self-care strategies such as flower essences, essential oils, and rituals that can help bolster sleep and dream work.

You'll leave the class filled with knowledge as well as practical strategies that will enrich these areas of your life, amplifying your sense of well-being. The class is suited for the public as well as practitioners who want to learn additional ways to support those they serve.
