Inspiring Dreams: A Webinar Series
Dreamwork and sleep sanctification are passionate interests of mine, areas that I weave into my client sessions, workshops, and writing.
To further share my enthusiasm and knowledge for this realm, and open up my work to a wider audience, I’ve designed the Inspiring Dreams webinar series. Each online workshop explores a different facet of sleep and dreams; find the one/s that best suit your interest and needs, or take them all.
I’m thrilled to share with you the first four webinars I have scheduled:
Astrology + Dreams: July 24
Astrology can help us access and translate the meaning of our dreams, while dreams give us insights that can further reveal the fount of self-knowledge we can tap into with astrology.
In this webinar, we’ll explore different ways that you can work with your dreams and the lunar cycle, your natal chart, and the kairos (current astrological climate); for the latter, we’ll focus on dreaming in the upcoming Mercury Retrograde.
Your Dream Recall Toolkit: August 7
Our dreams offer us a powerful periscope into the depths of ourselves, providing us with awareness and a more holistic understanding of who we are; that is, if we can remember them.
In this webinar, we’ll not only explore perspectives and practices that will help you to better remember and record your dreams but also discuss Dream Incubation, an ancient practice for turning to your dreams for their healing insights.
Self-Care Strategies for Sleep and Dreams: August 21
Not only are dreams and sleep an important part of our well-being but there are numerous self-care strategies that we can adopt to help us forge a deeper connection to both.
In this webinar, we’ll also talk about an array of flower essences, essential oils, foods, and relaxation practices that can help you to sleep better and further inspire your dream life.
Creating a Sleep and Dream Sanctuary: September 4
Transform your bedroom into a sanctuary to elevate your connection to your sleep and dreams.
In this webinar, we’ll talk about an array of practical approaches and considerations—such as amplifying the healthfulness of your bed, feng shui practices, space-clearing rituals, creating an altar, adjusting the light and temperature, and technology—that can help to sanctify your sleep space.
Each class will be held at 5:30 pm PDT (convert to your time zone) on the date noted. It will be held on the meeting platform Zoom, and you’ll be emailed a link soon after you register.
If the date/time doesn’t work for your schedule, don’t worry: everyone who signs up will be sent the recording and the slides/handouts, so even if you can't make it live, you'll still get the benefits of the class.
The webinars are approximately 90 minutes, and will include time for Q+A.
Each class: $25 if you register at least four days in advance, $35 after
Interested in the whole series? Gain access to all for $80 (a 20% savings).
I’ve been fascinated by my dreams ever since I can remember. Yet, it was in 2011, after learning about the Greek dream temples and meeting Laurence Hillman, one of the modern pioneers in working with astrology and dreams, that I began to focus professionally upon this healing realm. For decades, I’ve practiced as an astrologer and wellness consultant and have found the addition of dreamwork to be a stellar contribution to my ability to guide clients in their pursuit of greater self-awareness and well-being.
In addition to weaving dreamwork into my client sessions, it is often a subject that I focus upon in in-person and online workshops, including those I have done with Astrology University, Astrology Hub, and Project 40. My work with sleep and dreams have been featured in publications such as MindBodyGreen, Refinery 29, and Seattle Magazine.
