Embracing the Darkness

Are you feeling that there is darkness around? Are you dancing on the edges (or in the center) of fear, or not confident that you're able to see clearly? Are there emotions, memories, or motivations that have been cast aside and/or buried below that are rising to the surface?

I ask these questions as this can often be the tempo when Pluto is strong, as it is this week given today's Sun/Pluto conjunction.

Instead of recoiling from fear, consider how it may be a teacher. Instead of continuing to push down emotions that feel "ugly" consider being with them. Instead of disavowing the shadow, consider dialoguing with and owning it.

Recalling the hidden aspects of ourselves, diving down to find jewels of strength and resourcefulness that reside at our core, and remembering that for life to re-remerge sometimes something needs to be surrendered feel like valuable lessons of this moment with the Sun/Pluto conjunction as well as this year, given that the Jupiter/Pluto Square casts a hue throughout the fall.
