Hello, Gemini Season! | Stephanie Gailing

During Gemini season, our curiosity leads the way. We take on a butterfly-like nature, flitting about, interested to learn a little of this and a little of that, with fact-finding becoming quite a pleasurable activity. If you've been wanting some momentum when it comes to writing, designing, or otherwise crafting a message, this month offers great inspiration. It's also a social time when we feel called to connect with friends old and new, to find out what's new, to have dialogues that are vessels of interest, intrigue, and learning. We find ourselves seeing languages as bridges, tapping us into ways to traverse through landscapes not previously explored. Wordsmithing may take on more import as we’re pulled to poetry, literature, dance, and song as vehicles that can help us to recognize thoughts and feelings that have been constellating within us. We're inspired by variety, and while at times may feel like we're pulled in different directions, if we can see that opportunity exists for synthesis--for weaving together a multitude of threads into a cohesive tapestry--we can find our way to a newfound sense of energy, excitement, and ease.

A piqued curiosity and a potent need-to-know could have us chasing down any and all routes to gather information; while satisfying, if done in an unbridled and untethered way it can be physically and mentally exhausting as well as taxing on our nervous system. With our attention pulled to many places, our inclination may be to just skim the surface, going wide instead of deep, which we may invariably find really doesn't serve our truest aims, having us appearing--and feeling--a bit scattershot. A pull towards intellectualizing could have us thinking things through a bit too much, causing us to be overly rational, and less caring and emotional. During this month, we may find ourselves restless, which can be agitating and sometimes even agitate us to move in capricious ways. Alternatively, feeling fickle by being able to see both sides of the proverbial coin could have us stuck in stasis, not feeling overly connected to any one pathway and therefore sometimes not choosing any clear and committed course of action.
