For over 25 years,

I’ve been guiding, educating, and inspiring people in the realm of the healing and sacred arts. The tapestry of my early career included organizing education programs for healthcare practitioners, operating my own natural products store, and advising a non-profit organization that encourages people to adopt a healthy eating lifestyle.

Yet, it's been in the past 14 years—since I published my first book Planetary Apothecary and began counseling, teaching, and writing about wellness and astrology—that I feel I have found my calling. My work further evolved in 2012 when I began exploring sleep sanctification and dreamwork; this led me to incorporating this focus with my clients and in my educational pursuits, as well as to writing the The Complete Book of Dreams. Since then, I have written five other books including The Complete Guide to Astrological Self-Care, The Astrological Self-Care Journal, The Complete Guide to Living by the Moon, Astrology: An In Focus Workbook, and Stellar Visions Oracle Cards.

With continuing education so important to me, I strive to learn whenever I can. I received my Advanced Diploma in Coaching from New York University and Certificate in EcoPsychology from Pacifica University. I've studied archetypal dreamwork with Laurence Hillman, flower essences with the Flower Essence Society and Bach Centre, and astrology with numerous teachers from around the world. For the past several years, I have been studying systemic family constellations with teachers such as Emily Blefeld and Dan Cohen as well as others in the International Family Constellation Facilitator Training Program. I hold a Master's Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
