Stay Bouncy During the Jupiter/Uranus Opposition

The Jupiter/Uranus Opposition electrifies the zeitgeist this year, keeping us on our toes as we deal with surprises, unexpected turns, and out-of-the-blue insights and events. It also invites us to innovative and change up old patterns, doing things that may seem out of character, as we expand and reconfigure our approach to life.

As I've written before, Stay Bouncy is one of the strategies I believe to be exceptionally helpful during this time.

In honor of all this, I've done something a bit out of character: I made a video for you (my first one ever), on my new trampoline (how Uranus is that!) about the power of being able to Stay Bouncy this year. Talk about shaking up my approach! :-)
