These one-to-one sessions offer a sanctuary for conversation and discovery - an exploration of the opportunities, challenges, and questions you're currently navigating. Through reflective inquiry and attuned listening, we'll bring understanding to what feels unclear, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, natural rhythms, and sense of direction.

Drawing from my experience in coaching and holistic guidance, I hold a space where you can feel seen and heard: a space that supports unfolding, integration, and aligned action. Rooted in three languages of insight — astrology, family constellations, and dreams — these sessions help you find greater clarity and momentum in key areas of your life, whether in your work, relationships, family, well-being, or another area of focus.

Some people book single sessions, returning periodically as new cycles or questions unfold. Others prefer a more concentrated rhythm of sessions over time, a series that supports sustained exploration and integration.

The Three Stellar Offerings

Using your astrology chart as a touchstone, we explore your innate strengths as well as growth edges to help you live with greater fulfillment and flow. Insights from astrological timing — including transits and progressions — offer perspective on the opportunities, challenges, and transitions you're navigating, and the choices before you. Within this context, l'll share upcoming dates that are especially supportive for particular intentions or pursuits.

With my family constellations lens, we may also access awareness of generational patterns that are eclipsing your self-expression. When relevant, I will share self-care suggestions, including flower essences, to support integration.

Sessions are available for individuals as well as partners looking to deepen a personal or professional relationship.

✦ STELLAR CONSTELLATIONS ✦

In this session, we explore intergenerational patterns and family dynamics that may have limited your capacity to step fully into your potential. As we identify them, we work to shift the ancestral threads that have kept old stories in place, so you can access a deeper freedom of being — of being yourself.

These constellations are astrologically informed. Before we meet, I reflect on your birth chart and current transits and progressions. This perspective helps you clarify intentions, recognize entanglements, and access the resources that support your life’s unfolding. As our session concludes, I may offer simple ways to honor what has been revealed, such as creating an altar or a small ritual to continue nurturing transformation.

✦ STELLAR dreams ✦

In this session, we create a container in which your dreams can reveal their layers of insight. We explore your oneiric visions through the lens of your personal astrology, allowing the imagery and timing to reveal their wisdom. We may also weave in systemic constellation practices to allow the dream images to further unfold and reflect their meaning. Over time, you’ll strengthen your ability to remember and work consciously with your dreams.

Dreams offer gentle guidance for your waking life, illuminating emotions, memories, and insights ready to be integrated into conscious awareness.

Ongoing Work: For those who wish to deepen the process over time, discounted packages are available for a series of three or more sessions. Returning clients may also schedule shorter integration sessions to support ongoing work between full sessions. Write me for more information.
