For more than twenty-five years, I’ve been guiding, educating, and inspiring people through the healing and creative arts. My early career unfolded in the field of integrative wellness and conscious living, developing education programs, operating an eco-products store, and consulting in the natural products industry.  

Over time, my work deepened into exploring the symbolic and soulful dimensions of well-being. Astrology became a language through which I could help people connect with deeper meaning and the natural cycles of life, while dreamwork and systemic family constellations opened new pathways for insight, healing, and creative expression.

Today, my practice weaves these threads together — astrology, constellation work, dream exploration, and intuitive coaching — to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and creative vision.

As an author, I’ve written seven books on astrology, self-care, and dreams, including Planetary Apothecary, The Complete Book of Dreams, and The Complete Guide to Astrological Self-Care, and I write two newsletters, Stellar Insights and Butterflyhaikus. My work has been featured in numerous publications, and I’ve collaborated with a range of lifestyle brands, practitioners, and organizations in the fields of creativity and the healing arts.

With a Master’s in Nutrition from Bastyr University, advanced training in coaching from New York University, and certifications in family constellations facilitation and ecopsychology, I continue to study with teachers whose work deepens my understanding of how the symbolic and the practical meet in everyday life.
