Stellar Insights: July 22 - 28, 2019

Late Monday, the Sun shifts into Leo for its month-long residence in the sign of generosity, creativity, and love. It’s a time of recognizing and embracing the special being that we are and the unique gifts that we have.

Throughout the next four-plus weeks, we’re encouraged to find encouragement and to tap into a deeper sense of courage to live our life with a bit more audacity.

It’s a time to roar in our self-expression, tapping into the brightness of the self that we want to share with others.

We may find ourselves further inspired by art—whether creating it, participating in it, or admiring it—and can find even more ways to see that everyone is an artist at heart who can bring their individual flair to the art of living their life.

It's a time of showing up to the stage of life, and maybe even showing off a little.

And with Leo being the sign of royalty, dignity may seem de rigueur during this month.

And while holding oneself with nobility can be virtuous, remember the importance of not letting pride get in the way of your self-expression.

Leo is the sign associated with the Sun; reflecting that, one of its siren’s songs is for us to take center stage at the solar system of our life; this can be helpful so that we can remember that our I has a place on the canvas of life, yet we need to watch that this doesn’t manifest in excess—pulling us, or others, to feel that everything needs to revolve around us.

Like the Lion that sometimes lazes about in the jungle, watch that this month’s Leo energy doesn’t overly lull you into laziness or a lackadaisical way of being.

Also, this week, the Mercury/Venus Conjunction has us focusing on the value that our communications may yield. It’s a time in which thinking about what has worth and richness may occupy our attention. We may also find our conversations more readily turn to the subjects of relationships, beauty, justice, and the feminine. Ways to feed and nourish people—and ourselves—magnetizes space in our minds as we explore how we can further define what home means. Speaking of home, we could find ourselves focused upon the small things we can do to bring even more life and comfort to our living spaces.
