Stellar Insights: February 15 - 21, 2021

This week features the first of three Saturn/Uranus Squares that colors the kairos this year. We find ourselves noticing a stand-off between the old guard and the vanguard, hearing the clarion call of disruption and liberation, and feeling how pivoting, detouring, and staying bouncy allow us to not only be creative but find center in what may feel otherwise chaotic. The day after this shake-it-up alignment, the Sun moves into Pisces. And with this, we enter a month in which boundaries blur and hearts open. We’re pulled to seeing subtleties, riding the waves of our (and possibly also others’) emotions, and seeing the connections that exist between things that don’t seem connected on the surface.

 

This week’s Venus/Mars Square may appear as conflicts between what we love and what we desire. Find a way to honor both. With Venus in intellectual Aquarius and Mars in grounded Taurus, find approaches that allow you to find synergy between the scientific and sensual as well as an orientation that’s socially focused and practically aligned.

 

On Saturday, Mercury Retrograde comes to a close. Remember that days before and after the messenger planet appears to shifts directions (moving from retrograde to direct motion, in this case), information overload may seem in vogue. As such, go slow, pace yourself, and allow yourself to pause—and even take a time-out from communication if it feels most supportive. Days after Mercury stations direct you may find that the realizations that emerged from redos and reviews over the past three weeks begin to make more sense as they relate to how they inform you to move forward with a communication project with more clarity and confidence.
