Courage seems au courant this week.

The reason? Not only does the Sun come together with love planet Venus this week in brazen Aries but warrior Mars unites with the destiny-oriented North Node.

And with that, we may find ourselves pulled to go after some goals that we’ve previously kept at bay, waiting for the arrival of the extra dose of daring and determination necessary to move an idea from the ‘one-day’ to the ‘let’s do it now’ column. It may seem like the wait is no longer.

The Sun/Venus connection has us wanting to more fully embody and shine forth what it is that we value. The connection between Mars and the North Mode may give us the gusto to further know the ways in which we can be strategic and use our will at the behest of our aims, all the while further understanding just what it is that keeps us in stasis.

This all leads to Sunday’s Full Moon, a lunation that illuminates how our alliances can be invaluable assets when it comes to helping us in the pursuit of our desires. The same day, as Venus dances with Chiron, we’re also reminded to be really tender with ourselves and others. We may find ourselves more sensitive to our love wounds, the pockets of hurt we carry from experiences in which we didn’t feel valued or felt stymied when it came to getting what we wanted from a relationship. Make space for what arises; it may not only be healing for you but may allow you to help another fight through challenge they are currently facing.
