There are words I commonly use, those that I uncommonly use, and those that I hardly ever use.

It turns out the word that came to me to describe the beginning of the week was one that falls in the latter category: weepy.

It’s a word that I don’t often turn to, or which arises in my minds-eye, and yet with Monday featuring both the Sun/Chiron Conjunction and Mercury/Neptune Conjunction, weepy streamed strongly into my mind as I sat down to write this.

Why weepy?

The Sun/Chiron Conjunction may have us feeling more connected to the spots within us, or others, where injuries reside. Wounds and hurts, sorrows and grief, may feel closer to the surface. And while this can have us feel tender, it’s important to remember how acknowledging and working through what ails us is an essential and powerful step in our healing.

And then there’s the Mercury/Neptune Conjunction. With both planets in sensitive Pisces and Neptune being a boundary-blurrer, we may find ourselves less removed from feelings—whether ours or another’s—than usual. And with Pisces and Neptune both water-oriented, it wouldn’t be surprising if tears more readily well up and flow.

Remember that being weepy isn’t bad nor even a sign of weakness. Rather, it can be a natural and healthy state embodying kindness, gentleness, and sympathy, and allow things to move and flow, invariably leaving us more energized and connected to a clarity that reflects a greater sense of well-being.

Speaking of flow, the rest of the week seems to have a lot of it. With both Venus and the Sun making a sweet sextile to structured Saturn, we’ve got extra support to give shape and form to both what we value and what lights us up. Following that we have Mercury connecting harmoniously to transformative Pluto, encouraging us to take our thinking, understanding, and communicating to a deeper level. With Mercury spending its last days in Pisces—it moves into quick-acting Aries on Saturday—take a bit more time this week to turn to your dreams, tap in to your intuition, and lose yourself in art and beauty while also letting yourself feel all the feels, even allowing the healing tears to flow and wash away some of your sorrow so that you’ll have more space for love to enter and take refuge.

Have a sweet week!

xxStephanie
