While I’ve been alluding to this for a little while, the time has finally arrived for me to share this exciting development….
After years of study and practice work, I am now introducing systemic family constellations sessions into my roster of services. And I couldn’t be more thrilled since it’s a healing approach that has such incredible transformative power!
An Overview of Systemic Family Constellations
A method that honors family systems therapy and spiritual mysticism, this soulful work can help us access a deeper level of freedom to be our authentic self. Its techniques gift us more awareness of our ancestral lineage and the dynamics inherent within it. In doing so, we can catalyze deep healing, release intergenerational traumas, and re-establish a flow of love within ourselves and our families. Through this, we can further unlock and express our creative potential, more dynamically channelling it in various facets of our life, whether our career, relationships, well-being, artistry, the role we play in our community, and more.
Despite the Name, It’s Not a Type of Astrology, Except….
If you’re not familiar with systemic family constellations (or family constellations, as I often refer to it), the name may have you assume that it’s a type of astrological practice. Actually, it’s not. The “constellation” part of its name is related to the viewpoint that groups, such as families, are systems composed of inter-related and networked individuals.
Yet, my orientation to this work does weave in astrology to create what I refer to as a Constellations x Constellations and Stellar Constellations approach. During our session, I will share insights based upon your personal astrology chart that will deepen the alchemy that this family constellations work galvanizes.
