The Illumination of Dismantling

We often think that dismantling shrouds us from awareness, kicks us off-kilter, destabilizing our ability to see. Yet, like here, where the denuded awning of this 1915 building in the Tribeca area of New York City serves as a crack to allow the light to come through, to inspire our vision to access the built structure and horizon of the staired pathway above, sometimes the dismantling of structures (beliefs, patterns, relations, perceptions etc) in our life can fill us with vision and an opening of previously covered-up possibilities.

From an astrological perspective, what is inspiring this reflection? Pluto, the planet related to dismantling and death/rebirth, is quite strongly featured in the zeitgeist over the coming days--in a harmonious alignment with messenger Mercury and what-do-you-value Venus.
