If You're Interested in Sleep and Dreams, You'll Love My New Blog

Are you interested in sleeping better and forging a deeper connection to your dreams?

If so, I think you'll like my new project, a blog about sleep and dreams. Entitled Dream Apothecary, it now joins Planetary Apothecary, my blog about astrology and wellness, as another educational offering on my website.

In Dream Apothecary, you'll find news round-ups and articles about sleep and dreams. I'm envisioning its scope to include the latest sleep research to interviews with dream researchers to strategies for remembering your dreams to natural remedies for enhancing sleep to working with astrology and your dreams, and more. It will likely feature a mixture of informational and inspirational topics.

You can find Dream Apothecary under the Learn tab of my website (look for Blog: Sleep/Dreams). Here's the direct link. And if you want to subscribe to free email updates of new articles, look for the sign-up to do so at the bottom of each post.

Currently in Dream Apothecary, there's an article...

* introducing the new project

* on Big Dreams, the book by Kelly Bulkeley

* on Tips for Remembering Your Dreams

* that provides a link to my new article in Common Ground Magazine on Flower Essences for Dreamwork.

I'm currently working on a new article on cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia that should come out in a week or so as well as a piece on the impact of blue light emitted by tech devices and lighting on sleep.

If there's a topic you'd like to learn more about, please send me a note and I'll look into writing about it.

I am really passionate about the realm of sleep and dreams. I feel that they are pivotal keys to well-being and so I am thrilled to initiate this new Dream Apothecary blog, which I see as the beginning of my offering more educational resources, services and products addressing this very rich and important arena.
