Stellar Insights: June 8 - 14, 2020
We are living in a pivotal moment in history, with longstanding structures—including attitudes and narratives—that are infused with inequity and injustice dismantling, being deconstructed to be reconstructed. With 2020 featuring both a Saturn/Pluto Conjunction and three Jupiter/Pluto Conjunctions, this radical transformation has woven itself through the whole year, and will continue to do so. As it turns out, the next meet-up of expansive Jupiter and unearth-shadows Pluto is in a few weeks, on June 29 (the first one was on April 4 and the last will be on November 12).
Additionally, some of what informs this week seems to stem from the planet Neptune and the front-and-center role that it plays in the skyscape. On Thursday it squares the Sun, which represents what vitalizes us and what we stand for. On Saturday, it unites with Mars, the planet that reflects our warrior spirit, what we desire and how we fuel ourselves into action to achieve those desires.
And with all of this, we may find that boundaries blur and compassion reigns. It may seem as if the muses are all around and we can tap into the power of artistic inspiration. Yet also be aware that prominent Neptune may also inspire fog and haze, victimhood and martyrdom, as well as dissipate our energy and inspire anxiety if we feel overwhelmed as we tap into the all that’s possible.
And with Neptune reflective of dreamscape, it may be an especially powerful week to tune in to your dreams to see how they are informing you. As our hearts and minds during the day are rife with a storm of thoughts, feelings, and impressions, so may our dreams, as we give voice to and/or process some of what it is that we are connecting to either on a conscious or unconscious level. Be curious as to what is unfolding in your dreams and how it may be helping you to move through and understand this moment in life, as well as giving you awareness about what you—as well as the collective—may need for healing.
Remember too that this month is filled with potent astrological actions—two Eclipses, and a third on July 4; Venus currently retrograde; and Mercury about to be next week. And with that we may see that clarity comes through first embracing unclarity, and the ability to garner understanding about progress arises by honoring pauses, perceiving things from a different perspective, and going back in time to find treasures that we may have missed along the way. As such, going slow and not pressuring ourselves to have all the answers right now may be the pathway that yields less stress and more ease/peace.
All my very best,
Stephanie
