Awareness: A Stress Antidote
One of the ways astrology elevates our well-being is by helping us identify the potential opportunities and challenges embodied within certain moments in time. For example, the monthly Balsamic Moon carries with it an invitation to rest and retreat; Mercury Retrograde reminds us of the power of reviewing existing communication strategies rather launching new ones; our Saturn Return teaches us to own our authority and that limitations can yield freedom; Pluto transits remind us of the power of letting go, etc.
If we know the inherent potential infused within different moments, we can then approach these moments more consciously, heeding their celestial clarion call, which can have us sidestep some of the stress we may otherwise encounter. So, attune yourself to the skyscape, whether it be the alignments that we all experience, or the ones that are timed and sequenced personally for you based upon your birth chart. This awareness will inspire your well-being including helping to serve as an antidote to some of your stress.
