How are you doing? How are you feeling?

This “new now” that we’re navigating is really complex on so many levels. Let yourself meet all of your feelings when they arrive, and if things feel like they come in waves, remember that that’s natural. Keep your knees bent and stay bouncy, to move with the tides and bolster a feeling of resilience.

Looking at the waves of this week through an astrological lens, here are some reflections I wanted to share:

Early in the week it feels really important to go slow. As Mars and Saturn come together in Aquarius, we are encouraged to be deliberate in our actions. Rather than act hastily, we should move more leisurely, as that may give us the awareness to see things that we may have overlooked if we proceeded at a quick clip.

As we are needing to keep physical distance from others during this time, there has been a movement to innovate the way we gather socially, professionally, and civically, namely through the use of online platforms. Likely, you’ve already had this experience: whether its Video Vino Happy Hour with friends or family, meetings with clients that normally take place in person now moved to Zoom, participating in a live-streamed yoga or dance class, or finding ways to do a virtual Passover seder or Easter meal, we’re finding ways to be together while being physically apart.

With Saturn now in innovate-through-technology-solutions Aquarius for the better part of the next three years, we will see more of this as the years unfold.

And yet one thing we need to remember, and which I feel is something that may be brought to our attention this week as Mars unites with Saturn, is to make sure that that the collective activities you join, the tech platforms that you use, the group projects in which you participate—that they have solid foundations and really make sense to you. While there’s a strong desire to network through this and that and the other network, being judicious about the choices we make as to which groups we want to join, how often we want to participate, which platforms to use, and what the true limits to our contribution can be at this time may really pay off in spades.

In our desire to stay connected we may find ourselves wanting to “meet up” with people and join forces with numerous groups, we need to remember that we only have so much time, energy, and resources and that we should invest those wisely so as not to fritter them away. From this perspective, see this week whether you notice how certain actions and activities feel more clearly aligned than others with how you want to engage in pursuit of your aims, seeing whether this helps to give you more insight into the strategies you can take to move forward in a more efficient and productive way.

Also, this week, we have the first of the Jupiter/Pluto Conjunctions. The subsequent ones are June 30 and November 12, reflecting that this whole year is hued by a sense of the Radical Transformation that this alignment invokes. With this Jupiter/Pluto Conjunction coming on the heels of the every-30-plus-year Saturn/Pluto Conjunction (exact this past January 12), the focus upon the Plutonian realm—breakdown and rebirth, diving to the core, the cycles of life, and buried treasures—feels like it really captivates our attention.

If we look at Jupiter as growth and expansion, and then see Pluto as transformation and that which is usually cast out of sight, we may see the Jupiter/Pluto Conjunction as marking a time when there is a lot of deep stuff (or sh*t, as Pluto rules that too) emerging. It’s really quite intense.

Yet, as we can also look at Jupiter for its role as a vessel of wisdom and teaching, we can also see that if we go into the depths, if we go underneath the surface to probe what’s usually hidden, we may find ourselves with a new sense of potential, a pathway that helps guide us in our own personal radical transformation.

This feels like the path to take, one that can give us the sense of control which we may so desperately crave now.

As such, as a way to do so, I wanted to share with you some of the Stellar Reflection Questions that I offered in a Radical Transformation online workshop I did for clients last week (I may be transforming it into an online course available for all soon—I’ll keep you posted). Using these as Jupiter/Pluto-informed inquiries to dig into the depth of your being may help you access not only the essential core of who you are, but also give you more faith in your resourcefulness and capacity, which can but only help you in navigating these times.

Stellar Reflection Questions

  • What’s essential to me, and what is truly non-essential?

  •  What is within my control?

  • What has me feel empowered?

  • What in my life has reached its expiration date and can be released?

  • What’s my unique resourcefulness?

There are more questions we can reflect upon, but it feels that these five forge a very strong starting place. I hope that they are of service to you this week to help you access another level of strength and clarity within, so that you can navigate your life with more confidence, presence, and ease.

All my best,

Stephanie

PS. Next week I will have more Jupiter/Pluto Conjunction resources for you including April’s So Divine! podcast in which Megan Skinner and I dive deep into this alignment as well as a video talk I recorded in December with Tali Edut of AstroStyle. Stay tuned!
